You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files. TikSaver provides technology only; it does not grant licenses to music, video, or likenesses appearing in third-party TikTok posts.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TikSaver does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every TikTok URL, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikSaver and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
