How to Download TikTok Videos on Android
Download TikTok videos directly to your Android phone or tablet using any browser. No APK files, no sideloading, no extra apps — just paste the link and save.
How to use — 3 simple steps
- 1
Share the TikTok link
Inside the TikTok app, tap Share on the video and select Copy link. You can also tap the three-dot menu and choose Copy link.
- 2
Open TikSaver in Chrome or Firefox
Open your preferred browser, navigate to TikSaver, paste the link into the input box, and tap Download Video.
- 3
Download to your storage
When the video appears, tap the download button. The MP4 file saves to your Downloads folder and is accessible in your Gallery or Files app.
What you see on Android (Chrome)
- Chrome’s toolbar shows the lock icon; the TikSaver input is the large field labeled for pasting your TikTok link.
- After a successful fetch, you scroll to a card with **Download** — tapping it triggers Android’s bottom sheet or a toast **Download finished**.
- If Chrome blocks the file: a **Download blocked** chip appears in the address bar — tap it and choose **Allow** for this site.
- Open **Files** by Google (or Samsung **My Files**) → **Downloads** and sort by **Date**; the newest `.mp4` is usually your TikTok save.
Screenshots worth adding: Chrome’s blocked-download chip, and Files → Downloads with a fresh MP4 highlighted.
Chrome, your gallery, and Android file managers
Chrome on Android writes to the Downloads directory by default. From there, Samsung My Files, Google Files, or your OEM file manager can move clips to DCIM/Camera if you want them beside photos you shot yourself.
- Grant storage permission if Chrome asks the first time you save
- Gallery apps index Downloads automatically on most devices
- Use “Open with” to send the MP4 straight to CapCut or WhatsApp status
